Class 4
Accuray Class-4 Therapy Laser Systems
|
|
The new Accuray class 4 therapy lasers are a breakthrough in driving down the price of higher power lasers. Until now, this level of power typically cost $30,000 to $50,000. For year, we refused to sell these types of laser because the hefty price rarely justified the increase extra power but the Accuray break the mold. This system crushes the other manufacturer pinnacle systems.
These systems are specifically design for busy practices that will put an emphasis on laser therapy like neuropathy and chronic pain centers. With 2 versions available, this system cost a fraction of what competing higher-power lasers and provide many more advanced features.
If your practice will focus on structural and muscular problems, we recommend D60 because uses the most common 2 wavelengths (808nm and 980nm) and is the most powerful system we sell. 810nm is best for deep penetration and strong photo-chemical ATP release. 980nm is great for muscular issues and increasing circulation to reduce inflammation. Together, the wavelengths are great for offices that aren't trying to push the boundaries new types of health issues and want to focus their dollars on helping people with physical problems.
If you are looking for more wavelength diversity or you are treating many conditions other than structural or muscular issues, the Q45 offer 4 wavelengths and gives practitioners lot of flexibility to push the boundaries of what a laser can do.
Both Accuray systems include:
- Internal video tutorial training
- ICE preset protocols follow all the best practices of PBM
- Patient management
- Programmable pulsing and continuous wave
- Huge multi-touch screen covers most of the front of the system
- .
*The Q45 and D60 are designed for higher volume practices.
Accuray offers 2 different models for different applications. After years of supporting a wide range of
"Ice" Protocol Support
ICE stands for intelligent computer enhancement. "huge" Some systems will put the same dosage into an arthritic thumb as the put into a bad hip, defying all logic and therapy standards. The advanced internal library on the Accuray works perfectly with our extended protocol library to set the laser up to get the best result for each condition listed in the library. If you have used another high-end system, then you will really appreciate the effort that went into the Accuray protocols. It has one of the best internal protocol libraries of any high end laser and better protocols deliver superior results.
The Accuray follows the best industry practices (like our protocol library) by adapting the treatment parameters to the patient. The setup screen to the left shows how each protocol is adapted based on the patient size, skin color and the chronicity of the condition. . One of the secrets of the laser industry is the effect of duty-cycle (on/off ratio) on the dosage delivery. Many systems like the LiteForce use a fixed 50% duty cycle.
Beautiful and Functionality
The display on the Accuray is more than just skin deep. The product is built with the highest quality components from top to bottom so you can expect many years of trouble-free service. The Accuray system performs a self-check at boot up so you know it is working properly.
The specially-designed emitter uses a flexible fiber-optic cable and emitter with a built-in on/off finger switch for great easy of use.
Wavelengths
The Accuray dual sticks to the most established wavelength, 808/810nm, as the primary wavelength and allows secondary wavelengths for 980nm.
The Q45 quad-wavelength adds 905nm and 625nm for more flexibility. Although 625 has shallower depth of penetration, it opens up your practice to some supplemental therapies like skin conditions and wound management. For animal with hoof and blood related problems, the 625nm wavelength is preferred.
The addition of 905nm is great for targeting the bloodstream. This system give practitioners full access so they can optimize their treatment for a wide variety of applications. The Accuray lasers provide for a very high 3-dimensional power density that many experts think is the key to better therapeutic outcomes. Although lower power devices can deliver the same total energy level given enough time, they can never reach the same power density of the Accuray class-4 systems.
Power & Speed
The Accuray lasers provide for a very high 3-dimensional power density that many experts think is the key to better therapeutic outcomes. Although lower power devices can deliver the same total energy level given enough time, they can never reach the same power density of the Accuray class-4 systems. This extra power can be used in several ways:
- Higher dosage for better pain control and faster results
- You can treat a larger area in the same time to help the support the high damage area
- Shorter treatment times.
For some practices, minimizing patient treatment times while still delivering great results is a high priority. For these types of practices, a 60 watt or 45 watt Accuray provides a cost effective solution. Practitioners can deliver 13,500 joules in 5 minutes so this device gives you the option to have extremely short treatment times AND deliver very high dosages for maximum impact for their patients.
Pulsing and Continuous
Research has shown that pulsing is better for most non-nervous system damage so most of the time, a good laser should be pulsing. Because the laser is off some of the time, the dosage are lower and the treatment times are longer when pus ling making underpowered equipment even less effective. This problem is solved with the Accuray because it has the extra power you need to pulsing, get to higher dosages and still have short treatment times. Many experts recommend pulsing in the 4 - 5000 Hz and this system rocks at pulsing. Very few other systems on the market allow this level of control at this price.
Portability
Every detail on the Accuray is top-quality and that extends to the ergonomics of the system.
If you compare this system to some of the "old tanks" in the class 4 range. The Accuray weighing in a 12 lbs and has one of the largest touch screen in the laser therapy market. Luckily we have prorgressed passed the time where you need a 40 pound power supply to drive a 60 watt laser. The Accuray embraces the newest technology to deliver extraordinary power without the need for a clucky power supply. This system is perfect for busy practices and can easily be moved from one area to another without the need for a cart.
Optional Thermal Imaging
This laser has an optional thermal imaging system that can be used to detect inflammation and areas where there is low blood circulation. Although the thermal imaging system cannot be used at the same time as the laser, it can be used as a diagnostic tool to find problem areas. With a giant touch screen and higher resolution camera, this imaging system will impress your customers and help you find problem areas. It can be compared to higher resolution thermal imaging system like Flir.
Smart
When you combine all these features with the exceptional support and service you get from ColdLasers.Org, you can't go wrong with an Accuray. Although we still call this system a cold laser but it can get hot if the emitter is not kept moving. Many patients prefer to the warm sensation in their tissue because they know the system is doing something (especially when compared to class 3b systems). This training can be done using FaceTime or 66 or over the phone.
All systems include the laser controller, emitter, case, 2 pairs of glasses, manuals and training. The price also include shipping.
This system can be sold to professionals and we do not recommend this level of power for home use.
